On the 5
th of November in hall №3006 of UNWE an inner training for IRRSA members was held. In order for the event to take place, two of the honorary members of the organization, Aleksandar Ivanov and Stoyan Trichkov were invited.
Aleksanar talked to the audience about informal education. He also explained the term „soft skills“ – skills such as critical thinking, organization skills, planning, leader skills and other. According to him such skills can be developed in a NGO such as IRRSA. Aleksandar talked about the variety of opportunities the association has given him. Last but not least he explained the different roles one can play in organization.
Stoyan on the other hand shed light to the candidate-members on the event, which must also take place during the year. As such were mentioned the „History of the political ideas“ and „European integration“ competitions, The day of the foreign students and The spring ball. Also the partnership with other students organizations from the UNWE were marked as very important, so as the one with BDA, AOR „Atlantic“, Atlantic club and others.
